Our Salami Story

Hampers of the Hunter started in 2018 with award winning salamis however quickly realised they paired perfectly with Hunter Valley Wines and Cheeses.

We are very excited to share our selection of delicious salami and gourmet products with our fellow foodies. 

All our products have been individually selected based on 20 years experience in the food, catering and event management industries.

Our team are passionate about bringing you the highest quality food, and promoting products that are produced in our local region. We are qualified in Hospitality (Catering) Operations, Event Management, Small Business Management, Food Safety Supervision, Nutrition and Dietetics.

You can see us at a range of great festivals around the Hunter and Central Coast including: Bitter and Twisted, Taste Maitland, Central Coast Food and Wine Festival, NSW Farmers Markets, Chilli Festival Newcastle, Cheese and Chocolate Festival at Hope Estate, Beer and BBQ Festival at Hope Estate, Central Coast Oyster Festival, Stomp Festival, Cork and Fork Golf Festival at The Vintage, Ettalong Food Fair and Barrelled Wine, Beer and Food Event in Newcastle.
