As a cured version of a typical Spanish Chorizo, this Salami has is brimming with wonderful spices, with a dominant flavour of smoked Paprika and minimal chilli. It can be eaten as is with Manchego or your hard cheese of choice and Sangria or cooked in any recipe that requires Chorizo, (if cooking use less than recipe suggests as our Chorizo is dry cured and has more intense flavours than regular Chorizo sausage).
